RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- We give you 7 days after your item is delivered to claim any return or exchanges.
- You are responsible for the shipping cost of any returns or exchanges. We DO NOT reimburse shipping. We suggest you use a trackable shipping option. We are not responsible for any return shipments lost.
- Any damaged, defected or incorrect items received will be fully refunded or exchanged. Please submit a return request with the product info (Style, color, size). Please provide photos of any damaged items. Once approved we will send a prepaid shipping label so you can return the items at no cost.
- Discontinued Item which are no longer on the website CANNOT be refunded, returned or exchanged.
- We DO NOT accept returns on items that have been worn or watched.
- We DO NOT accept returns on any sale items or clearance items. **All Sale and Clearance item are subject to FINAL SALE.
- Full Refunds are available for any items with manufacture defects or unopened products.
- Once a return is received and inspected please allow 2-3 business day for your credit to post into your card.
